Erasmus - incoming students

Information concerning the Erasmus Programme + and trips financed under the Scholarship and Training Fund - Mobility Projects University provide for employees Section Erasmus and coordinators' department WIEiK (http://www.erasmus.pk.edu.pl/) All incoming students, from Erasmus + and from bilateral agreements who are chosen study at Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering in the academic year 2020/2021 are obligated to contact the Dean office, M.Sc. Iwona Goldasz (igoldasz@pk.edu.pl) room 203 , II floor WIEiK, Friday 8: 00-12: 00 to register for the particular study and to receive ID. To change the subjects, type of courses ect. please contact to the coordinator WIEiK dr inż. Damian Grela E-1 tel. 25-23 dgrela@pk.edu.pl.

Erasmus+ and bilateral students  2020/21

If, you are an exchange student, you will receive your student ID from the deans office of the faculty (contact person igoldasz@pk.edu.pl). Deadline of receiving the ID cards will be available on the faculty Web site as well as by sending e-mail of the Head of the Erasmus Faculty.

 To be done:

1.Firstly, you have to deliver by e-mail (contact person igoldasz@pk.edu.pl ) your address in Poland and  check if the International Relations Office  have successfully uploaded your photo.

2.Exchange students need to pay the fee of PLN 22 (~6 EUR) to receive the card.

Payment of this amount is also required of local students, regardless of their origin.

3. You will be notified how you can receive your student ID by e-mail.

4. You will be asked to  provide a confirmation of ID payment transfer (invoice, electronic payment  etc.). Otherwise, the card will not be issued.

Your student ID will not only confirm your affiliation to the Krakow University of Technology, but it will give you the possibility of benefiting from a variety of special offers, including a 50% discount on transportation in Krakow. To be eligible for receiving a discount, make sure your ID is valid and you have it on you at all times.
